This product should be cabinet-mounted and operated in ducted mode whenever possible. In recirculating mode, an extra charcoal filter is needed, and a dip in performance is expected. Check out our blog post for details on ducted vs. recirculating operation.Â

- This product has a 1-year appliance warranty and a 5-year motor warranty.
- A voltage regulator is highly recommended in locations with unstable power supplies. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts are not covered by warranty.

Return and Refund Policy
- Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.Â
- For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
- No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.Â
- Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.Â
