The warranty is void if Newmatic does not install the product.
This product has a 1-year appliance warranty.
A voltage regulator is highly recommended in locations with unstable power supplies. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts are not covered by warranty.

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.
For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact and in the original box.
No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.
