The price includes tax, delivery, and installation costs in Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, and Ikoyi.
The warranty is void if Newmatic does not install the products.Â
All Newmatic products originally in this package come with a 1-year warranty, except the H77.9PB-1 Chimney Hood’s motor, which has a 5-year warranty.
In locations with unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.
Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.
Return and Refund Policy
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.Â
For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.Â
Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.Â
