Position Overview
We seek several numbers of qualified and energetic Sales Executives for our 7 showrooms across Kenya, the posting maybe at Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kiambu or Eldoret.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers in a friendly and informative mannerĀ
- Assist customers in selecting the right kitchen products for their needsĀ
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyersĀ
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing and promotionsĀ
- Effectively close sales transactions and achieve individual and team sales targetsĀ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referralsĀ
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceĀ
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- University degree in a related fieldĀ
- At least 2 years sales experience in domestic appliance, furniture, sanitaryware or other consumer durable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and SwahiliĀ
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentĀ
- Results-driven and able to meet/exceed individual and team sales targetsĀ

Domestic Appliance Technician
Position Overview
We seek several numbers of qualified Domestic Appliance Technicians, positions are available throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Installations, Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a variety of kitchen appliances, including but not limited to: gas/radiant/induction hobs, chimney hoods, ovens, microwaves and more
- Effectively communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, provide accurate repair quotes and obtain the approval for necessary repairsĀ
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure appliances are in optimal working conditionĀ
- Issue orders and correctly install replacement parts as neededĀ
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of repairs and parts usedĀ
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every service call
Requirements
- Have related academic qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in the installation and repair of gas or electric appliances
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and SwahiliĀ
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage timeĀ
- Driverās license is a plusĀ
