• The warranty is void if Newmatic does not install the product. 
• This product has a 1-year appliance warranty and an unconditional lifetime factory tempered glass warranty. 
• In locations with an unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.
• Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.

Return and Refund Policy

• Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately. 
• For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
• No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead. 
• Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
